Baby Arrival News!

Nicole and Adrian welcomed their beautiful baby girl, Imogen, on Sunday, June 21st, 2026. She arrived weighing 3.4kg (7lb 8oz) and measuring 49cm long.

Both Nicole and Imogen are healthy, well, and settling into the new rhythm of family life—catching short stints of sleep whenever they can! (Meanwhile, Jeff is still adjusting to his new role as a protective big brother!)

Clinic Hours & Maternity Leave Updates

Laura's Upcoming Leave

Laura’s last day in the clinic before she begins her maternity leave will be Thursday, August 13th.

• Physiotherapy Appointments: Laura is currently fully booked. If you would like to be added to our cancellation waitlist, please text us at 0434 686 261.

• A Quick Reminder: If you are unable to attend your booked classes or appointments, please give us as much notice as possible so we can offer the time to someone on our waitlist.

Temporary Closure & Reopening Plans

Following Laura’s last day, the clinic will close temporarily. Here is what to expect next:

• Late 2026: Nicole hopes to begin a phased return to work. A few sporadic appointments may become available depending on baby care arrangements. We will keep you updated!

• January 2027: We plan to officially reopen Embrace with set days and opening hours.
